1940s Tulip Applique Quilt
The most striking thing about this quilt is the quilting that mirrors the appliqué tulips.

How it’s made: hand appliquéd, hand quilted and machine pieced
Weight: light
Measurements laid flat: 67” x 87”

C O N D I T I O N
In very good condition! One hole, smaller than a dime, that goes all the way through that could be easily mended. The edges are slightly uneven and have some fraying. One or two small spots of discoloration.
Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
