Use as a tablecloth or at the end of a bed or as a double pillow case.
These antique homespun pieces are from Europe and have a multitude of uses, some of which you can read about in our blog post here.
A rare textile to come across, these pieces are traditionally woven with handspun threads. Most of the panels when finished are then hand sewn together to create a useful larger textile such as a pillow sham or a mattress cover.
A durable and beautiful textural piece to add to any corner of your home.

Partly open on one end with four hand-stitched buttonholes and mother of pearl buttons as closures.

Measurements laid flat:

50.5” x 74”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.

C O N D I T I O N

Chip on one mother of pearl button and slight wear to thread and fabric at buttonholes, plus scattered tiny brown discoloration spots near top edge.
