1890s Robbing Peter To Pay Paul Quilt

$950.00
sold out

A show stopper if there ever was one. One of our top three favorites from this collection, there is little that can be said about this quilt as it largely speaks for itself.
Hand pieced precisely and expertly, this one truly deserves to be hung on a wall to showcase its perfection. Though it is certainly durable enough to be enjoyed on a bed as well.
Homespun indigo gingham backing that would also look lovely displayed on the reverse.

Made in Pennsylvania.

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: hand pieced and hand quilted

Weight: light

Measurements laid flat: 70” x 82”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.

C O N D I T I O N
Slight fading due to previous storage methods. No other flaws to note! Ready to be used and enjoyed for many years to come.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
