This Japanese souvenir jacket is, dare we say, the rarest of rare.
Circa 1940s-1950s this is a treasure we’ve been holding on to for quite some time and we are finally ready to offer it up to you.
Exquisite embroidery details, luxuriously soft and reversible, this will be a true prize to own for any collection.

Untagged size

Measurements laid flat:
Pit to pit 21”
Shoulder to hem 22”
Sleeve 22”
Shoulder to shoulder 17”

Model reference:
Leney is 5’ 4” tall
39” bust
27” waist

C O N D I T I O N
A handful of loose threads in the quilting of the jacket, a larger water stain mark on one sleeve that we did not try to treat, roughly hand sized, holes in the knitted collar and sleeve cuffs, some seams have been mended and there are a few small spots of darker discoloration. Overall a very wearable and incredible piece.

⋒ This is a vintage piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.
