Rare 19th Century Onyx Antique Calico Dress

Dresses from this era and in this condition are increasingly hard to find these days. We feel truly lucky to have had this one cross our path. This dress is a collectors dream and one you will treasure for the rest of your days.

Handmade sometime in the 19th century from beautiful black and white calico with a repeating scalloped pattern. Hand stitched button holes, unique waist sash with ruffled details around hem and upper bodice area.
Bodice can be worn buttoned or worn unbuttoned to accommodate a larger size.
Walnut dyed cotton under collar.
