12” opening underneath button at waist
Measurements laid flat:
Waist: 14” (button can be moved for smaller)
Hips: 30”
Full body of skirt: 52”
C O N D I T I O N
Several areas of thinning outer fabric and pinholes throughout. As well as a few 2” holes, exposing the batting underneath, which could be easily mended. A 3” seam separation at front of skirt. A 3” spot of discoloration at the bottom of the skirt.
