1930s European Flannel Terracotta Dress

A dress that was certainly meant to keep you warm in cooler weather. The richness of the terracotta with robins egg blue colored stripes on this flannel fabric are beautiful.
A rare Eurpoean piece, this handmade 1930s flannel dress is from England and a gorgeous collectors piece that is still highly wearable.

Measurements laid flat:
Pit to pit 20”
Shoulder to hem 40”
Sleeve 19”
Shoulder to shoulder 18”
Waist 19”

Model reference:
Leney is 5’ 4” tall
39” bust
27” waist

C O N D I T I O N
A nice collection of original mends. Some fading and slight discoloration to fabric throughout. Buttons were replaced at some point in time but match the dress nicely. Accented waist band is starting to separate from body of dress but can be easily mended or removed if you choose.
