1890s Star of LeMoyne Quilt

Miss Americana. This quilt is a stunner. A striking red, white and blue border with eight pointed stars that are constructed of almond tan and midnight blue diamonds. It’s already fitted with a rod sleeve so if you wish to hang it for display, you’re in luck. And this one definitely deserves to be on display, whether as art on a wall in your home or on your bed to get you through the winter doldrums.

C O N D I T I O N
Stunning overall condition, few ares of minor spotting. Newer binding added at a later date.

Fitted with a rod sleeve on the back for ease of hanging, which can easily be removed if so desired.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
