Early Indigo French Biaude Smock

$498.00

This incredible and rare late 19th— possibly early 20th century, French indigo smock is a very special piece.

Also known as a Maquignon Biaude, and traditionally worn by country men over their clothes for special occasions.

The feel of the fabric is like a dream on. We have had only a handful of these over the years and everyone who comes into the shop and tries them on, cannot get over their beautiful drape and feel against the skin!

A heritage piece if there ever was one.
