C O N D I T I O N
Could be worn without mending, but it could use a few mends to be ultimately preserved. Several 1”-3” tears throughout the garment and one 10” tear towards the bottom of the skirt. No closures on interior or exterior bodice. Could also be a beautiful study or display piece.
Blue tie is not included.
