A rare and hard to find piece, especially in this color, this crinoline is very wearable and usable. Going to be a little sad to see this one go!

C O N D I T I O N
Consists of 20 canvas wrapped wires; some have fraying but most excellent for age, machine constructed. Front buckle closure, with damage, now has drawstring tie, but back buckle works great and makes it wearable. In good condition with only minor loss to the canvas on wire, minor discoloration.
