1974 Dated Schoolhouse Quilt

$458.00
sold out

This dated 1974 Schoolhouse quilt is technically later than most of the quilts we tend to curate, but the schoolhouse block is always a pattern we make an exception for.
One of our favorite patterns to collect, this quilt has been a part of our personal collection but we don’t believe in hoarding all of the good ones for ourselves… because everyone needs a schoolhouse quilt in their collection!
(We won’t tell you how many are currently in ours…)

A lot of very fun and playful feed sack fabrics in this one, a very sturdy and usable quilt that would be great in a kiddos bedroom especially. Or, you know, hung as pop art in your hallway. ;)

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: Hand quilted

Weight: light to medium

Measurements laid flat: 81” x 71”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.
If you’d like to hang your quilt, we recommend our locally made Folkling Quilt Clips!

C O N D I T I O N

Very great condition overall! A very usable and great go-to quilt.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
