1950s Green Feedsack Quilt

$250.00
sold out

Typically we source only 1940s and earlier when it comes to our heritage quilts. However, this early 1950s cutie was one we couldn’t pass up.
With its indigo dyed feed sack backing (which we think looks gorgeous displayed as the prominent side), it will certainly brighten any space. This quilt is wonderfully soft and one you could easily spend all day snuggled up in.

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: hand quilted and machine pieced

Weight: medium

Measurements laid flat: 59” x 76”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.

C O N D I T I O N
Fading and variation to green color on the back. A few spots of discoloration on the front. In perfectly useable condition for many years to come!

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
