From Bedford, PA this is a more unique rendition of a schoolhouse quilt and one we have loved studying this winter. With beautiful hand quilting in various colored threads, along with beautifully pieced houses in captivating almond, apricot, cornflower blue, peach and cherry red cottons.
A phenomenal piece to hang if desired, but also very sturdy and usable for the everyday on a bed.

How it’s made: hand quilted, machine pieced
Weight: medium
Measurements laid flat: 85” x 78”
If you’d like to hang your quilt, we recommend our locally made Folkling Quilt Clips!
C O N D I T I O N
No real flaws to note, save for some minor spots here and there. An overall very sturdy and usable quilt that presents beautifully.
Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.
⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

Thank you for understanding!
