1940s Flying Geese Quilt

$220.00
sold out

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: machine quilted, machine pieced

Weight: light medium

Measurements laid flat: 62” x 70”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.
If you’d like to hang your quilt, we recommend our locally made Folkling Quilt Clips!

C O N D I T I O N

Wear concentrated primarily on one half of quilt, with fabric loss, yellowing, and fading throughout. A few small areas where quilting thread has come out and one spot of fabric loss mended with zigzag stitching. Back has general yellowing, a few discoloration spots, and small holes near corners. Edges were rebound at some point.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
