1933 Cross Patch Quilt

$265.00
sold out

⋒ This cross patch patterned quilt also is known by the pattern names Friendship Chain and Album quilt though after the date that this quilt was made so it was likely referred to as Cross Patch when it was being worked on.
The embroidered date and signature is an extra special aspect of this one of a kind beauty. Extra soft feedsack and cotton fabrics make up this quilt.

In absolutely gorgeous and useable condition. Has slight wear around a few edges and a spot or two of discoloration as well as one tiny tear in one of the patches. The feedsack backing is faded beyond pattern recognition but is in sturdy useable condition.

Only condition: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

Machine stitched piecing and hand stitched quilting.

Perfect to take with you on your next adventure or cozy up on a cold day at home.

⋒ Measurements laid flat:
77” x64”

Shown on a standard Full size bed

⋒  This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact me via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

I want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the  listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as I do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
