1930s Strip Star Quilt Top

$168.00
sold out

NOTE: Embroidered date on quilt top of 1890 is mysterious in relation to when quilt was actually made. We know this based on the array of 1930s fabrics used throughout the top, so perhaps 1890 was commemoration of someones Birthday or another special day!

For more ideas and uses for quilt tops, read our journal post here!

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: hand and machine pieced

Measurements laid flat: 69.5” x 78”

If you’d like to hang your quilt top, we recommend our locally made Folkling Quilt Clips!

C O N D I T I O N

Tiny holes spaced regularly throughout the body of the top as if it had been folded and pinned through the layers. A few small brown discolorations and fraying at the edges. Piecing is not exact and would make finishing this into a quilt difficult.
Some of the fabric used at the edges is delicate and tearing.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
