1900s Patchwork Quilt

$385.00
sold out

A wonderful example of recycled garment scraps. This quilt has some nice muted tones and we think it would really look nice displayed or used almost anywhere. The colors in this one are especially lovely.

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: hand stitched and hand tied

Weight: medium to heavy

Measurements laid flat: 83” x 70”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.

C O N D I T I O N
Some discoloration and fading to the fabrics. There are several tears and holes on the back revealing the former quilt underneath (yep— this is a quilt within a quilt!). Still useable though best for display unless you choose to mend the tears, which would be fairly easy!

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
