Exceptional c.1930s linen folk blouse from the Hungarian/Croatian border area. Natural linen with woven textured stripe panel sleeves. Black densely embroidered cuffs. Cropped style which would have traditionally been covered with a top layer, leaving just the gorgeous balloon sleeves on show.

Approx 17" underarm to underarm
13” long in the body so just sits on top of the chest
sleeves approximately 23” long (no shoulder seams to measure from).
