1930s House Quilt

$325.00
sold out

The always covetable house quilt… Sometimes known as “Schoolhouse” but there is a difference in the quilt blocks and this one is actually very distinctly the House block. Also known as “Old Home”, “Log Cabin” and curiously — “Tippecanoe” among others.
This quilt is made up of a variety of very sweet feed sack fabrics.

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: hand quilted and hand pieced

Weight: medium

Measurements laid flat:
65” x 79”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.

C O N D I T I O N
Major wear on one edge and some small spots of discoloration.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
