This 1930s daffodil appliqué quilt is such a stunning one. I have a love for both flowers and appliqué quilts so this one was doubly hard to let go of! A rare pattern that you don’t see very often, this is an extra special one for any collection.

Very intricate hand stitched appliqué work and hand stitched quilting. Soft cottons with a beautiful complimentary border with its own floral quilted pattern.

A few very small spots of discoloration on the back. No other flaws to note.
Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
