1910s Unequal Nine Patch Sampler Quilt

$498.00
sold out

This quilt has a few different blocks that make up the body of the quilt indicating that it was possibly a sampler quilt. A wide variety of calicos in gorgeous blue tones make up the majority of this quilt. Single blanket batting and whole cloth backing.
As Owen said when we were shooting this one: This quilt is a mood.

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: hand tied and machine pieced

Weight: light to medium light

Measurements laid flat: 78” x 90”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.

C O N D I T I O N
Some fading to some of the blocks of blue calico fabrics. Exposed batting in a handful of places on the front due to piecing age and wear. One or two small mends. Slight uneven edges.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
