1910s Patchwork Quilt

$400.00
sold out

This 1910 Patchwork quilt keeps the eye interested with the variety of fabric patterns that are present and the striking visual appeal they create. It actually has another quilt inside of it that was used as the batting for it. A common practice when quilts would wear out and a beautiful testament to nothing going to waste. A wonderful heavy weight quilt that will serve you well on chillier nights.

D E T A I L S

Hand quilted and machined pieced

Weight: a lovely heavier weight

Measurements laid flat:
70” x 81”

C O N D I T I O N
In great condition. A few very small spots of discoloration and a few tears in some patches on the front that can be easily mended if so desired. A handful of small stains on the back with some discoloration marks as well.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒  This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the  listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
