1900s Zig Zag Nine Patch Quilt
A truly gorgeous quilt with a variety of beautiful mid 1800s fabrics and precise piecing. The pink calico border with its decorative quilting is the cherry on top. There are so many fun calicos and prints to explore with the eye. This quilt is quite colorful and yet due to color pairings it could serve well as a more neutral accent. We can’t forget the whole cloth anchor print backing - so cute!

C O N D I T I O N
Definite wear on all edges and to some of the patchwork fabrics due to nature of the dye used and aging. Some seam separation and general slight wear throughout.
Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
