A stunning quilt from a Kansas collector, exact and beautiful piecework and execution in this eye catching floral quilt. You don’t see ones like this every day!
It is comprised of 12 blocks, 13” x 13”, set on point, with shirting print alternating squares and setting triangles. There is a gorgeous quadruple border made up of turkey red, cheddar, green cotton and an outer border of shirting with each strip measuring 1.5”.
There is a pink calico reverse and thin cotton batting.

Please note that this quilt has had a sleeve added along one side on the back for hanging by the previous owner. A few tiny brown discolorations, picks, and pinholes scattered throughout, but mostly in pristine and crispy perfect shape! A true collectors piece.
Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
