Beautiful and remarkable intricate stitches make up these symmetrical appliqué pieces. The minute stitches for each individual berry, and the thing winding stems alone are something to marvel at.
A true collectors piece— the scallop border (formerly a green, that has now faded to a neutral color way due to the dye used at the time) is a personal favorite detail of ours with this one.
We have never seen this pattern before, a really beautiful and striking appliqué quilt for your collection.

Discoloration and small spots throughout, largely in beautiful condtion otherwise however, with no real wear or tear. A very sturdy and usable heirloom.
Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
