1900s School House Quilt

This is the best School House quilt we have ever come across. Its houses are all different which amplify how rare and iconic this piece is. It also features a beautiful cobalt blue plaid backing. We can’t decide which house is our favorite, we love them all.

How it’s made: Machine pieced with hand stitched binding

C O N D I T I O N
Discoloration throughout with some fading but otherwise in wonderful condition with no holes or tears. Previously a tied quilt however almost all the ties have been removed which doesn't effect the usability in any way.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
