1900s Patterned Feedsack Quilt

$1,200.00

This is one of the coolest quilts we’ve ever had pass through our hands.

Akin to a work of accidental outsider folk art, the found pattern on the feedsack back of this quilt is incredible.
Likely made from the dirt and sediment settling over time around the tied portions of the quilt.

You can rest assured that you’ll never see another quilt like this one!

A piece that definitely deserves to be hung on a wall as the work of art that it is.

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: Hand tied

Weight: Medium

Measurements laid flat: 80” x 67”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.
If you’d like to hang your quilt, we recommend our locally made Folkling Quilt Clips!

C O N D I T I O N

We have not washed this quilt for fear of disturbing the amazing pattern. It is one to be used on a wall, or folded in a precious collectors stack, not used on a bed. Very sturdy and no major flaws overall save for discoloration.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
