1890s Streak of Lightning Quilt Top

$208.00

Beautiful mourning prints in a color combination not often seen from this era. A really striking (no pun intended) antique textile that would look beautiful displayed as a curtain.

For more ideas and uses for quilt tops, read our journal post here!

If you’d like to hang your quilt top, we recommend our locally made Folkling Quilt Clips!

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: Hand pieced

Measurements laid flat: 72 x 70”

C O N D I T I O N

The top has button holes that were added later in its life, along one edge, presumably to turn it into a curtain of some sort. Some slight age toning, and slightly irregular in shape so likely not a great candidate to finish into a quilt, but lovely over all.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
