1890s Drunkards Path Quilt

$475.00
sold out

A staple as far as iconic quilt patterns go— The Drunkards Path can be configured in a manner of ways, though the one seen here is the most common.
However this is one of our favorites of this pattern we’ve found— The back of this quilt showcases a lovely and intriguing quilting pattern in black quilting thread. The vibrant turkey red and toasted wheat colors create a breath taking visual pattern that would brighten any room.

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: hand quilted and hand pieced

Weight: light to medium

Measurements laid flat:
64”x80”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.

C O N D I T I O N
Overall in great condition with the exception of one 3”x1” stain, a few small spots of wear to the binding and some of the quilting stitches coming loose in the patchwork. Some discoloration to the back that does not translate to the front of the quilt.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
