1910s A Plain Block Quilt

Also known as a nine patch quilt, this Plain Block pattern is anything but plain! A very joyful quilt with a variety of calicos and a gorgeous cheddar border.
This one has many years of life left to be used and loved in your home and cuddling up with loved ones. Also has a very beautiful whole cloth calico backing.

C O N D I T I O N
The back is almost flawless, with one very hard to perceive discoloration spot. Fading to some of the blue calicos on the front, one block has more wear than the rest with exposed batting, a previous owner has done some mending and there is newer than original fabric on some of the blocks, faint discoloration here and there but nothing major or very noticeable at all. No holes or tears that go all the way through.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project my friends. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.
