1880s Honeycomb Quilt

$315.00
sold out

A beautiful quilt with a different calico for nearly every block. Gorgeous fabrics for study.
Despite the wide array of fabrics and patterns, this quilt has a neutral feel that lends itself to fit into nearly any corner of your home.

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: hand pieced and hand quilted

Weight: light

Measurements laid flat: 67” x 80”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.

C O N D I T I O N
In wonderful condition save for a few spots of wear. Edge binding has some fraying on all sides, 3 or 4 of the honeycomb piecing have torn due to age and have exposed batting and a handful of some water marks or marks from previous storage on the back that can be perceived on the front. No holes or tears that go all the way through.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
