1880s Bars Quilt

$520.00
sold out

This Mennonite Chrome Yellow + Cinnamon Pink calico quilt has the identical bars pattern on both sides and is quite a symmetrical dream.
Hand quilted at 5 stitches per inch, this one was in our personal collection for some time because we kind of have a thing for bar quilts…

D E T A I L S

How it’s made: Hand quilted, machine pieced

Weight: Medium to light weight

Measurements laid flat: 77” x 65”

Shown on a standard Full size bed.
If you’d like to hang your quilt, we recommend our locally made Folkling Quilt Clips!

C O N D I T I O N
Minor discolorations, light wear only partway through piecework layer in some places, possibly resized & later bound at edges at some point in its life.

Most importantly: Please do not cut this quilt for a coat or other project. It is too beautiful and in gorgeous condition and a work of art in and of itself. It would be tragic to cut up such a beautiful piece of textile history.

⋒ This is an antique piece, all photos have been taken in natural light and with limited editing to reflect its condition. Please keep in mind all antique pieces have little imperfections and reflect the story and charm of the piece.

⋒ This find will ship to you within one week of purchasing. International and combined shipping is available, please contact us via instagram DM at @Folkling for a personalized shipping quote.

—☽☼— All sales are final —☼☽—

We want you to love your vintage finds, so please look through the photos and read the listing description carefully and feel free to ask any and all questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.

Thank you for understanding!
